Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups oats (not instant)
- 1 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions:
- Mix together dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt. Set aside.
- Cream wet ingredients: butter, sugar, dark brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients.
- Then stir in oats and raisins.
Made this at Noah's request. Because it was such a big hit, it was made again for Michael, Frank, and Jason. For a healthier subsitute, refer to the non-fat oatmeal cookies (as can be found on this blog).
