Croissant Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • Asparagus
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Reduced Fat Croissants
Instructions:
  1. Sprinkle cooking stone with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Wrap bundles of trimmed asparagus in triangles of reduced fat croissants.
  3. Roll in the oil mix and leave on stone.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Erin and Jason made this for dinner one night to mix up our usual asparagus recipe, which includes laying the asparagus on cooking tray and sprinkling with olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.  Both asparagus recipes are equally delicious.
